ARTES (Agency Reporting & Tracking Enterprise System)
ARTES is a web tool used by CYFD contractors who provide Domestic Violence and Juvenile Community Correction services to report and track client service delivery information.

CYFD Information Technology Services provides web application services. They are guaranteed to be available during core business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, barring no technical issues, circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ITS including scheduled and emergency maintenance and upgrades.
 
Customer Technical Support
Subscribers should report issues with web application services to the ITS Help Desk, which is the first point-of-contact for service support. Escalation will occur as needed. Customer support hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and furlough days. The Help Desk can be contacted at 505-841-6499.
