Inquire About Becoming a Foster or Adoptive Parent

Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster or adoptive parent for a New Mexico youth. If you live in a state other than New Mexico, you must contact your state of residency to become a licensed foster or adoptive parent prior to considering a NM child available for adoption. This form should only be completed by families who are not licensed foster or adoptive parents, but are interested in more information. After completing the inquiry form you will receive a phone call from one of our foster and adoptive parent recruiters within seven business days. If you have any questions you may also contact 1-800-432-2075.
