Story: Stephan is an active young man who is making great progress both socially and academically. When not playing outside he likes learning new video games.

Stephan benefits from counseling, which may need to continue following placement. His caseworker prefers a two-parent family who can accommodate Stephan's medical needs relating to cystic fibrosis and who is willing to participate in a transitional treatment plan prior to placement. Stephan hopes to maintain contact with his siblings. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
