Story  Carlos is a star who needs an adoptive home that can watch him shine and help him reach his destiny. He is intelligent and enjoys school, and has no behavioral problems there; he is proud to come home with good grades and positive reports from his teachers. He is active, enjoys the outdoors, and really likes to fish! Carlos loves playing baseball, in fact he made it to the All-Stars last year and is aiming at making it again this year. His adoptive family would need to gain an understanding of Carlos’s history and understand the importance of his maintaining relationships. They should have clear/set expectations with him as he will follow directives that are consistent, clear, and presented in a calm manner. If given the opportunity Carlos will adjust and open up to an adoptive family but they need to be aware of his tendency to push limits and test their commitment to him. Carlos enjoys being a part of a family and it shows by his positive relationship with his current foster family and extended family members.
